Foundations of Fitness
Welcome to our Foundations of Fitness program at Square One Fitness in Albuquerque, NM.
This class is a unique and fun way to reconnect with how your body is supposed to move, by taking you back through the developmental patterns that you were already born with! Foundations of Fitness draws heavily from Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), taught by the Prague School of Rehabilitation. Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) has been featured on Dr. Peter Attia’s podcast, as well as in his bestselling book, “Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity”.
This class is perfect for you if you are just starting out, or returning to fitness after a long absence. Class size is limited to three students for plenty of guidance and support.
