How it Works?
If you are familiar with kettlebells then these movements will be familiar to you:
Get ups
Cleans
Snatches
Goblet Squats
Swings
Deadlifts
However, if you are NOT familiar with kettlebells that is totally OK - this class is perfect for you!!
